At Kind Chemical all of our products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guaranty. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of any product purchased from and produced by Kind Chemical, LLC we will refund your purchase price of that product. Our products are designed to be outstanding performers and have been tirelessly tested to perform exactly as we claim they will. Once again, we completely stand behind the design of all our products and want you to feel confident that if you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund for the purchase of that product.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Kind Chemical product you have purchased, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price that particular product. Return the unused portion of the product and its original packaging to:

Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and a note with the reason for the return of the product. Please note, we reserve the right to deny a return if a significant portion of the contents of the container has been depleted. Because of the unique nature of our products, product performance characteristics can be evidenced within 25% use of the product contents. Additionally, Kind Chemical, LLC is not responsible for the return of shipping charges associated with any product.

Local Availability

We are very much in support of our dealers and distributors. If there is a dealer or distributor in your local area, you will be directed to purchase product from that source in the future. As HandKind Scrub is a new product to the market, we understand that local availability may be limited. As we acquire dealers and distributors in your area we will notify you upon your next purchase.
